1. Subscription & Platform Billing
- Onyar offers tiered subscription plans with defined usage limits.
- Paid plans may include a trial period when approved by Onyar.
- Plan changes and subscription status are currently managed by Onyar support or platform administrators.
- Any payment terms agreed outside the application remain between you and Onyar.
2. Invoice Payments
- Shared invoice links are for viewing, printing, and downloading invoices.
- Invoice payments are recorded manually inside Onyar after you receive payment from your client.
- Online card payments are not currently available in Onyar.
3. Data & Privacy
- Your data belongs to you. We do not sell or share your organization's data with third parties.
- Client and invoice data is stored securely with strict access controls ensuring only authorized users can view it.
- Shared invoice and quotation links are accessible to anyone with the link. Do not share links publicly if the document contains confidential information.
- You may request data export or deletion by contacting support.
4. Limitations & Liability
- Onyar is not liable for delays, failures, or disputes arising from payment arrangements handled outside the application.
- Platform uptime and feature availability may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Pricing and included usage may change. We will update this page when changes are confirmed.
