Information used to provide the service

Onyar processes account and organization details, client and supplier records, quotations, inspection reports, uploaded photos and signatures, certificates, invoices and activity records entered by your team. Operational error logs help investigate problems.

Access and shared records

Access depends on your account’s organization membership, role and assignments. Your organization controls the records it enters. People who receive a shared document or certificate verification link may be able to view the information published through that link.

Information on your device

Signed-in sessions use browser or app storage. Recoverable web drafts may be stored in your browser. The engineer app stores downloaded assignments, form drafts and pending files on the device for offline work. Signing out does not erase unfinished field work; it remains associated with the original account.

Questions and requests

Contact your organization’s administrator about access to business records. For questions about your account or a request concerning your information, email support@onyar.app. Retention or deletion of business documents may depend on your organization’s requirements.
